1120 Distributing has multiple openings for Customer Service Representative with job duties focused on working in a call center type environment providing exemplary customer service to our dealers as the first point of customer contact for pricing, product information, shipments and order details. Duties also include communicating with other departments to resolve product related queries, varied dealer and vendor inquiries. It is essential for our reps to maintain harmonious relationships with our valued clients to enhance our Name and promote top notch service in the Industry.

The Desired skills for an ideal candidate would be a passionate and auto enthusiast. A team player with experience of handling inventory records and with desire to help and solve problems.
Qualifications for the ideal candidate requires 2 to 3 years of prior customer experience within the Industry. Bachelors Degree is preferred but minimum of high school or GED is required for consideration. Individual must be proficient with excellent computer skills. Must be able to check inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise and work with many other department teams in a variety of administrative and project tasks as required. The candidate must be able to perform consistently in a fast-paced call center type environment handling multiple tasks at once and also resolve problems by taking appropriate action if needed.
